Class limited to 14 people
30-minute break for lunch; bring your own non-perishable lunch (there isn't time to leave the venue and come back)
We will be evaluating wines, so please bring 6 stemmed wine glasses (the stemless ones don't work as well for the exercises), pen or pencil, study guide, notebook, water bottle
