Meet our new Sake and Spirits Instructor
My interest in wine was sparked by an incredible educator during my time in culinary school in Chicago. Then it was fueled by many passionate people throughout several restaurants across the country. Many of whom are still colleagues and friends. Spirits were an interest turned hobby after chasing certifications and being inspired. Minnesota became home in the fall of 2017 where I quickly fell in love with my new surroundings. In my spare time I’m either in front of my computer, playing a board game, or preferably in front of a grill. Hopefully with a glass of Albarino, Syrah, or anything with the word agave in it!
